Default How to completely clean up my phone?

Hello guys,

on year ago I stumbled into custom roms, rooting and cyanogenmod. Now I am running 10.3 stable and I feel that after all the trying out, installing & deinstalling of apps I need a totally clean reinstall. I mean as close to 100% clean as possible.

I want to wipe every single piece of data off my phone, connect it to my PC via USB and install the latest stable ROM of my choice. I will do all the backing up in TitaniumBackup onto my external SSD.

Is there a way to do this? Or is all I get the "delete cache" and "delete dalvik data"?

Use mega wipe and anything is deleted, only ext SD survives which you could format later on.
