i just wanted to ask if this ROM is hopefully made to work flawlessly and the project worked as it should work normally, will this bring a stable 3.4 kernel to our glorious S3s ?
i hope you are working on it.
i would like to help you but i am not as excellent as you man.
Go ahead with it and hope that you acheive a flawlessly working ROM from it

I don't think so, mega 2's kernel source is missing S3's board source code.

but is that firmware maybe able to run on the original mega?

btw yeah tge design and finger print from the s5 sucks.
im done with the plastic phones that take 100000 years to finally get an update... i think i will get a lg g3, sony xperia z2 or z3, nexus 5 or an better one or an htc.
all depends on the price and support for it... after all i will always end up rooting it and using CM etc.

The spec is completely different from the original Mega.
I don't think it's possible.

Thats because the files libart.so, libartcompiler,so and core-libart.jar are missing.
So if you get those files (from cm11 i think) the setting will pop-up but i don't know if art-runtime will work.
EDIT: Tried but stuck at bootloop.
