my galaxy sii GT-I9300 on 4.3 very slow and battery drains very fast my rom is as under should i revert to 4.2 or some other rom AP:I9300XXUGMJ9 cp:I9300BUUGMJ3 csc:I9300VFGGMJ5

Best rom questions are against the rules, otherwise we'd drown in them.

For best results on 4.3 do a full wipe, format internal sd card and flash a full rom. Test for a couple of days before you install/restore any apps.
