I have installed better battery stats like most of you'll suggested and i have uploaded the screenshots. I am not sure what they mean though, seems like the phone is kept awake a lot.

Download Better Battery Stats in Play Store. Then you can see more clearly what is deaining your battery.
For me it was especially one thing that woke up my phone from deep sleep often. It was named Audio_Out 2 (1013). That happens because there is a shortcut in the audio settings so you can controll all audio apps from the notification screen, even if you're not using any audio apps. Somehow that triggered the Audio_Out 2 thing in my case. I turned that shortcut off.

Fast dormancy is also very eager to wake up the phone, even if your company don't support it. If that is the case, it's better to turn it off. There is an app for that to. I also recommend an app called Easy Battery Saver. Very good.

Also check google now, that is a big drain if it is on.

After I have done these things + setting up a reasonable mail sync I am now down to a little less than 1 % battery drain in deep sleep per hour.

EDIT: Sorry about this post. I just read page 1 and forgot to read the others.

I have attached the screenshots from battery stats. How do you disable shortcut for audio out?

Settings / screen / page buddy / earphones page (untick it). That also removed the shortcut to the notification screen and drastically reduced the Audiout_2 wakelock for me on 4.1.2.

EDIT: If you are on 4.1.1 there is another way to do it.

Okey. I have to add that when you use any app with sound or vibration the Audioout_2 will also appear. But then it is normal that it appears.

If that is not the case I have no idea how to get rid of it as this worked on my device.

Main device: Galaxy Note 3 n9005, unrooted for now until things become more stable

Backup devices: Galaxy S3 i9305 with CM 10.1 and Yank Kernel and iPhone 4 with iOS7

I wonder if the Settings -> Sounds -> Auto Haptic would also make a difference? I had it on and the AudioOut_2 drain was also present on 4.1.2.

*holds thumbs*
