[Q] Are APN settings the same for different mvno's on the samne network?

Straight Talk vs. Tracfone vs. H2O vs. Net10...etc. shouldn't they all use the same APN settings to access the same AT&T networks in the same region?

I know this forum gets lots of APN questions--because I've spent a lot of time here and elsewhere reading them to find some logic to all the different settings.
I'd still like to understand why there are so many different answers for each phone model/network combination.

And why CSRs...and APN-creating apps have given me vastly different answers. Most haven't worked at all.
