Default Camera Failed Issue and Sending to the Guarantee

Hello everyone

When I bought the phone, the modem was I9300XXELLA. Then I rooted the phone via ODIN and loaded various custom roms.

Now i am using ultimarom 15 titan (4.1.2). I flashed I9300XXMG4 modem after I had experienced IMEI losing and flashed LiteGX 5.4 kernel.

When I was using ultimarom 13 before 15, there were faded white lines at the bottom of the photos that i took. and one day I got a message in camera app saying "camera failed". Rear camera and flash led dont work, while front camera works in Skype. Changing rom or kernel, or stopping camera app and wiping cache, or unmounting micro sd card don't help. What to do?

I want to send phone to the guarantee. But I don't want the technicians to realize that I loaded custom roms. As you know, it violates the guarantee. How can I can turn the phone to the first day? I couldnt reset the flash counter and red exclamation point doesn't disappear.

Thank you in advance.

In fact, i also wanted to hear resolutions about the camera issue beside returning to stock. And i couldn't find any post regarding that.

Well the fact that you stated that you have loaded custom roms "multiple time" you should already know the risk that comes with it.. resolutions? How bout try backin up your datas and reflashing your rom... or first clear caches...

But as i said before, i did everything what xda users advise regarding the camera issue (unplugging micro sdcard, stopping camera app and clearing cache, changing the rom&kernel, nandroid restore...everyhing). And i emphasised a blurred white line on the photos i took. I just wonder if anyone experienced a blurred white line on the photos they took before the camera failed issue.
