Hi

I got my phone repaired by replacing the flash memory module, and been told that I should not upgrade it, factory reset it or anything like it - or it will not connect to the cell network.
Are these restrictions necessary?

I understand the modem is tied somehow to the flash memory, and should not be replaced. Will using cm-installer write a new modem or it should install a fully function cm11?

I couldn't find any existing answer since searching "flash memory" brings up results for "flash" as in ROM flashing ..

This is some kind of follow-up to http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...unter-t2760681

Thanks a lot. Using 4.4.3 is very important for me since they fixed a lot of the Bluetooth issues.

Cheers

Ron
