Default [Q] EFS folder corrupted, no signal, how can I fix?

I updated my Galaxy S3 I9300 to Android 4.3 MK6 and now I'm unable to make phone calls.
I think my efs folder is corrupted because under settings it shows my serial number as "0000000" even though my IMEI is correct.
I don't have a efs folder backup. However when I updated another S3 I9300 I own to the same rom, it all worked well.
To summarize:
  • My IMEI is correct
  • My serial number is 00000
  • It says "emergency calls only" and can not get signal
  • I tried to restore the stock firmware through Odin but nothing changed

How can I fix my problem and get phone signal back?

Search and read, sticky in general forum.

Hundreds of identical threads.

Nobody searches. Nobody reads the first posts or titles of threads. Nobody even looks at posts a couple above their own.
