Default extreme battery drain in cyanogenmod 10.1

My battery is killing me i cant use my phone
Android system and android battery use are 17% and 14 %

When i pull the develober options and trigger the cpu usage to see the
Runnig processes i see a process called system_server is always at the top
Using much cpu and ram even in idle state

I tried googling the issue but didnt find a real solution
In less than 4 hours my battery lost 75% of the charging and there is just
25% left

Im using cyanogenmod 10.1 stable woth googymax kernel

I wanted to post some pic but i cant paste an imgur link
Nor i can attach it

As now i finished this post i lost 8%of the battery

Please help me as my day cycle isnt just 6 hours

Do you have a reason for sticking with 10.1 ? If not, try a kitkat rom maybe, like temasek's ?
Or try stock 4.3, it's really good now actually, I'm using archidroid 1.x with aosp theme, boeffla kernel, I come home at night with 50% battery.

^ if i aint wrong even the legendary temasek rom is also infected with that dreaded after call bug..really IMHO all the aosp based roms for this model is useless for a daily driver material unless that thing gets sorted out !

After-call drain is not so bad as getting only 6 hours of battery. People using temasek's all make it through a day of heavy use.

you could download cpu tuner and limit the rate if the screen is off to 200mhz.
its not a good solution, anyone know for sure a better solution.

EDIT:
aren't your contacts and photos saved on the google cloud?
In my old CM my photos where uploaded to dropbox and to google drive (NSA O.o)
