Default [Q] Battery life before and after flashing a ROM

Does the battery percentage I have right before flashing a ROM have an impact over the battery life afterwards?

No
Battery takes about a week to calibrate itself .

Nope. And it's right that actual battery drain of a new rom can be seen after some days.
