On the app's Play Store page, it says in huge letters "* Do a Nandroid before use the app"

Did you do this? If so, just restore.

Also, since this is a paid app, why not ask the developer for assistance?

nandroid isn't a rom. it means you should make a backup from recovery.

and don't mess with the system if you don't know what you are doing

Please give more details..

I'm assuming you are on official Samsung rom.
Try going to recovery and wiping cache partition.

If doesn't work
You will have to flash a new firmware... And yes you will lose data doing this.

Solve is this:

Code:
Download odin, siyah kernel for s3 and aroma file manager

Flash siyah kernel with odin (read on google how to do.. is really easy)
And move aroma file manager to your sdcard

Boot into recovery and mount system and emmc partition

Flash aroma file manager and navigate to /system/ than open build.prop with text editor, scroll down to the bottom and remove all the lines followed by *** by android tweaker

Also move to /system/etc/init.d folder and remove all the files inside....

Phone will be back without any data loss

But I have a problem .. EMMC partition function not found in recovery mode and did not find init.d folder.. I did mount system only because other function not found. Do you have any idea how it works with eMMC partition?
PS: Sorry for my english !

@jumbobombo : yea, i'm on official Samsung ROM - I9300XXDLIB , and does not work with the cache partinion
@corrsea: I have important files on the phone .. I can not afford to lose them. That's why looking for another solution than reflash, because that I could do much time.

If you use a cwm flashable version of your rom and flash it without doing any wipes it should just install over your current rom without losing anything. It will only reverse the tweaks you have made in build.prop and init.d. etc

EDIT : We found build.prop file but fail to open it ... Any idea how I can open it with a text editor?

aroma file manager includes a text editor, doesn't it?
