Hi guys,

I'm on Android 4.4.3
Since upgrading to kitkat I have noticed that many apps can't perform functions like delete/move/cut files on sdcard.
Is there any fix for this ?

yes it is.

could you maybe give a precise example to reproduce (maybe one affected app and the task which you wanted to do)?
on my end i am alwas doing such tasks with es file explorer and never encountered such problems on temasek rom cm11 4.4.3.

but i once had a similiar problem, and the solution was not to use storage/sdcard, but instead to go through data/media/0, there all tasks could be done correctly. But now I haven't these problems anymore.
