Default [Q] Light and Proximity Sensor not working

I changed my screen glass with a hair dryer and after that I changed my rom. I changed my rom via Toolkit and I backup the stock kernel with toolkit. So in new rom I can't restore to stock it doesn't recognize the files.(Toolkit backed up with *tar files, and twrp doesn't use *tar). After changing rom I realized, light and proximity sensor are not working. So what should i do? Is it possible I broke them with a hair dryer, or is it Rom's fault ?

Flash a full stock rom using odin on your pc, test the sensors before you install/restore anything.

If still the same then hardware fault, probably overheated when you changed the glass.
Note: This quote doesn't automatically apply to everyone, decide for yourself if it might apply to you.

Before Flashing Stock Rom, Try "Andro Sensor"... Download it from google play, and check your sensors

I tried Andro Sensor and it says they don't work. Is there anyway I can test the sensors from recovery or somewhere which is ROM-independent?
Or do I have to install stock ROM ?
