Default [Q] Omega ROM v45 - Wifi only toggles off and on

I've searched and searched for the answer to this problem, but can't seem to find anyone with exactly the same issue. Please someone help me figure this out.. i really hope to find the answer, and xda never lets me down...so i'm hoping someone can help me out here.

Except wifi the phone works great. When I turn wifi on - it just cycles off and on again over and over.

I'm not even sure where to begin to fix the problem. If someone could guide me in the right direction please...???
