I can't update my new S3 when I'm trying to do so it shows "your device has been modified. Software updates are not available".

Another thing

My screen freeze at least 3 times a day so Im forced to take out the battery. If it was playing music it won't stop and I'll be able to change volume and turn on and off screen but nothing more. Its realy realy frustrating how can I fix it?

Yours device has been rooted
Claim in the shop if itīs new
Or you should unroot and flash binary count

Another: Do a hard reset.
