Hi,

I have a samsung s3 lte with a broken camera lens cover. I would like to replace it without affecting the warranty. In order to replace it carefully, I have to take off the middle chassis and cut the tabs on the camera lens cover part which hold the camera lens onto the chassis. Please can you tell me, If I am careful, is it possible to remove and replace the chassis without affecting the warranty? I.e. will I be able to do this without leaving any "tamper" evidence?

many thanks,
Daniel

No if you do any hardware mods warranty is void .
Signs of phone dismantled are part of the Samsung warranty repair check list .

First you look for screw marks scratches etc .
Your choice if you want to run the risk or not .
