thank the honest answer... last one thing...it is a hardware failure even if firmware 4.0.4 is working great in my device? the only problem is that when i upgrade buttons are not working so i downgrade it again... but anyway thank you for your time...

4.0.4 is a bad firmware that will cause SDS, it's more likely you made an error, didn't wipe properly or had a bad download.
