Default A few questions before installing Custom ROM

Hey guys,

I need your help. I have my i9300 since October 2013, and it's still running stock 4.3.

I want to install a KK ROM, but I have a few questions.

- Right now, is there a stable KK ROM, that I can use as a "daily driver"?
- If i need to send my phone to warranty, is there a way to revert to 4.3 stock?
- Before installing the custom ROM, do I need to backup the "efs" folder?

Thanks!

It is possible to revert to 4.3, if the phone can still be flashed. If it can't then your warranty is void by the flash counter.

Always backup your efs before you flash anything, it can't be repaired.

Asking for rom recommendation is against xda rules, as it can cause bad feeling, try them for yourself.

Thanks for your quick and complete answer. I will try Resurrection Remix and SlimKat.
