Unhappy SIM-Card Question Mark Symbol

Hello, i have a strange problem.
I've had a defective sim card slot and replaced it, but since than the phone does not recognize any sim-cards...
it just shows a question mark sim card symbol in the status bar and no information about it.

i tried: rebooting, reflashing, complete reset, no sim card slot, no sim, other roms, other modems(basebands).

nothing helped...

Hope someone of you has an idea what i can do or if it's lost forever Maybe i just missed something...
best regards
Flo

Either the new sim holder is also defective or you have a motherboard issue.

damn...i assume its the motherboard issue, i've nearly tried out everything...
is there a way to do something like a "hardware reset"?

Motherboard change is expensive, right?
