can't find ripple effect

Default can't find ripple effect

i just turned it off. now i can't find this option. i looked at the lock screen, the security setting it's gone...

my firmware by the way is 4.3 jellybean.

Do u have swipe as ur lock screen? Do u have a password? Or is it none?

yes i have a lock screen with a password. So that is the cause of it? thanks again mate

Change ur lock screen to swipe and u will have the ripple effect. Google changed it.
