Hi

Probably not the norm sort of question but here goes.

I am looking at getting a phone for my daughter who has just got her own place so she can use the hotspot for internet access.

She isnt a phone gadget person but I want one that puts a decent speed out.

I have a note and note 2 which are quite good (on H+), would a s3 mini be any good? if not could you recommend one (around 80 worth).

Cheers

S3 mini are poor. Get an s2 as they are very good for this. But it will all depend on signal strength at the end of the day. S2 maybe a little older but it kicks s3 mini ass

This is the wrong section, but a Moto G for 100 is a good option if you wanted something new. Running Kitkat and the battery is fantastic, I got one for a family friend as they didn't like their iphone 5, it's great, apart from the camera and no sd slot I think it easily beats my S3 if I'm honest. Got ours from Tesco, it's unbranded and unlock codes are under 2 on ebay.
