Default Samsung GALAXY SIII (i9300) - CyanogenMod

These are the steps that I would like to follow :

1. ROOT : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4b9hcWHrW8
CF Autoroot for my model downloaded!

2.EFS BACKUP using EFS Professional : http://www.droidviews.com/how-to-bac...did-you-do-it/
EFS Professional downloaded!

3.STOCK ROM BACKUP&RESTORE :
I will factory reset my device via Android, because I don't need my current apps and settings. Then I will download CWM Recovery via their Playstore app called ROM Manager. Then I will backup my stock ROM using this tut : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7815OazAECQ
I will save the backup files on my PC.

4.CM INSTALL : http://videotutorial.ro/cyanogenmod-...-android-ului/ <<<IN MY LANGUAGE>>>

Is this OK?

Recovery preference would be Philz or TWRP recovery .
