Default [Q] stuck in bootloop

i'm using a Verizon galaxy s3 4.3, rooted and unlocked, i used safestrap and followed all directions to a tee...i flashed the wicked sensations custom rom and the ml1 kernel...on re-boot the rom seems to be locked in a boot-loop...now in the tutorial it was stated that on the first load it can take up to ten minutes...but it's been way longer than ten minutes...so should i just leave it and see what happens or is there something else i can try???...
