Default [Q] stuck on Samsung Galaxy S III logo

i have read many threads in many sites but now im confused about wt to do.in short my s3 stuck on Samsung Galaxy S III and it can get into download mode only.
plz help me
wt can i do and from where i should start

herez another thread you should read.
and if youre gonna perform stock firmware flashing. try to flash what you had before to be safe with coroupted IMEI and EFS problems.

in this guide, you may directly start with 4th step.

and use ODIN 1.85 and make sure device drivers gets installed in download mode. to do that, install latest kies (depending on if you were on 4.1.2 or 4.3) but make sure kies isn't running when you use ODIN. hope this helps.

cant you get into stock recovery? as samsung logo boots up, its probably you can and try to perform a reset from there. is you can get in, your android version will be there. if you can post a pic here.
oh and in case, press vol up + home + power button and keep pressing untill you see samsung logo appars 2 times to get into the recovery.

Download stock rom and flash it using odin then go into recovery mod by pressing volume up+home +power key and do factory data reset and wipe cache and then reboot
