Default TWRP Restore Complete Failed

Hi, I have a big problem with my Samsung Galaxy S3.

Today I made a backup with TWRP and after that I flashed from JB 4.1.2 to 4.3. Now, I can't go back to 4.1.2.
Error: Restore Coplete Failed.

Is anyone facing the same problem or has any idea what I can do now?

Yes, I flashed back to 4.1.2, rooted my phone and flashed TWRP (all via odin).
Then I tried the restore function in TWRP. Without success.

Yes, I made two Backups with TWRP. The first a few days ago and the other one right befor I upgraded to 4.3.
It seems that everything can be restored via TWRP except "data".
