unable to flash android 4.3 i9300

hi all, plz i need help, my s3 i9300 not working with firmwares based on efs v2 ( mg2 and higher) realy i dont understand this, i try to flash 4.3 but i lost my network and i can't receive the ota olso, plz help.
note: my imei and SN still untouch.
