Hi!
I sent my phone to offical service. I have problem with s/n 0000 and no network. I was unroot phone, stock recovery, used triangle away to reset binary counter to No. Stock firmware, status "normal". Servicer say that phone was softwer modifed, warranty not valid for that.
How they know that or blefing to pay service?

I tried that but they say is modifed. And must pay 200 eur for mainboard replacment.
Maybe different service will help.

Unlikely as you will see the same basic fault finding chart used
Suggest you read the forum how to return to stock for warranty .
Any indicators of root or custom roms will void warranty as per Samsung's instructions to repair centres .

What indicators have? I read how to back to stock and do that before send to service.
System status is normal and everything is official and binary counter No, phone is factory restarted and sent to repair.
