So basically the reason we don't want a custom recovery is because it will always increase the flash counter on each boot?

Ok..so this is basically root without cwm? So that you can later on flash any other recovery of your own choice to flash other roms?

I have personally moved away from permanent custom recoveries, and I am no longer supporting them. On newer devices they cause flash counter and OTA flashing issues. If you really want one, others do provide versions of CWM and TWRP for most devices. Personally I just use Mobile ODIN to install ZIPs and Titanium Backup for my backup/restore needs. I do always want root though, and as such I'm still supporting CF-Auto-Root as quick way to root.
So if i use this root method instead of the previous one wich included CWM and run triangle away after, my phone will be completely stock and everything will read samsung official and not modified???? will i be able to update using KIES????

I have not tried it but I think it will still say 'modified' in device status because you are rooted.
However, the counter should not increase.

That's my understanding, I could be wrong though....

but how can I do a Nandroid Backup with this setup
(Stock recovery cannot do it and Titanium cannot do a full device backup like Nandroid either, right?)
