I did it , swap between 2nd and third and boot in to 2nd ROM only for now . No errors so far

what about you mate ! have you test it ? it seems to work fine , boot to second rom , swap between , rom detailes , boot to 2nd rom utils as well .
need more tests but i`m busy with something else atm.

No need to swap in moment (boot in 2nd or 3rd, very nice), boot in second o.k.,
now boot in third (updated app's) o.k. - i am now beta tester Nr. Two
Slim-Bean 2.9 have a short time to put SIM-Code inside, cant make a call now.

Hi...I have flashed rc3 of Siyah kernel...when I try to reboot in 3rd ROM using your app I end in a bootloop....worked before with rc1.

I boot from 1st and 2nd with 4.0b in 3rd, no problem.
Last time 1st to 3rd without updateting the apps.

Did you try swapping 3rd to 2nd and then reboot to 2nd ROM?
What does the info for 3rom say on the app?

I just sold my T-Mobile SGS3 and finally got the international version simply because I am a flash-a-holic and the Forums in the TMO SGS3 are like really sleepy with hardly anything happening.
Another reason was Siyah Kernel and when finally you showed up last month with a triple boot option , I said to myself ***k the TMO its about time to make the switch to the QuadCoreBeast.
So the first thing I did after rooting was to install and try out a few Roms with Siyah Kernel and then I went ahead and installed your mod for the triple boot version and after a few attempts and by reading through the whole thread I managed to get everything working.
Thanks a lot man. Having three Roms at any one time is enough to give everybody I know a fit of jealousy.
P.S. The CWM zip for restoring the 1.5Gb image size posted at the end of OP is not packed properly.

Basics:
What is SiyahMods?
>>>SiyahMods is an app which works with Siyah kernel and its Dual Boot functionality.

What can it do?
>>>SiyahMods can boot directly into 2ndROM, 3rdROM or Siyah recovery (2ndROM utils from S-tweaks). It can also swap 2nd/3rdROM positions as many times as you like.
>>>There is also a ROM tools menu which allows for both 2nd & 3rd ROMs, the following functions:
1.> Shrink ROM image file size to save space
2.> Restore ROM size to default 1.5GB (1536MB).
IMPORTANT: The restore function is necessary for Siyah recovery dual boot functions to work properly.
To flash a CWM zip to 2ndROM it must be 1536MB. So before flashing a zip run this restore function. After you can shrink it again if you like.
Also to swap primary with 2ndROM you must restore to 1536MB.
Restoring a Nandroid backup you can just format 2ndROM system first.
You CAN make a nandroid back up from Siyah recovery WITHOUT restoring the system image size. (Backup 2ndROM from a shrunk size WILL work).
3.> Mount system image. To either /2 or /3 directory for 2nd and 3rd ROMs. So you can access the system to manually push apk's edit build.prop etc.
4.> Unmount
5.> Name ROMs
6.> Remove (delete) ROMs
>>> the "?" Button allows you to toggle popup information prompts ON or OFF which help guide beginners and allow last minute aborting of operations. Once you know what you're doing toggle off for faster access
