On the lockscreen it shows the weather which I really like. However, it displays it in Celsius which we don't use here ('Murica), I can't find the setting anywhere to change it to Fahrenheit.

You have to go into the weather widget settings to change.

That works fine for the user apps, but can cause problems with system apps (it's essentially a dirty flash at that point). I'd like to know which system apps are responsible for my android settings, so that I can only restore those system apps and hopefully minimize potential issues.
