In the root thread someone mentioned that his LTE speed s suck3d after rooting. Seems unlikely to me but can anyone confirm or deny this?

Root does not mess with LTE signals in any way whoever told you that did not know what he was talking about.

Mine the same as yesterday. ..and thats with a New Mexico (Albuquerque) server...idk why as I live in SoCal (Orange County) and yesterday I was connected to an LA server

I would not think that it would but am cautious because the phone is literally 5 hours old and we dont yet have any working recovery.

About 36 hours old for some. Mine working great. Removed all the ATT Bloat ware.

No side effects other than saying Unlocked and the padlock Icon after removing ATT apps upon booting up.
