Is it possible to change the settings in the modem of the S4 Mini from Band IV LTE (AWS) to Band IV HSPA+ (AWS)? I would like to enable the device for T-mobile/Wind Mobile use and don't care about dropping the LTE functionality.

I've seen this done for several other Samsung phones, including the regular Galaxy S4 for Verizon (900V).

Thanks

You mean you want to disable LTE functionality and just use 3G? Go ahead to settings, connections, mobile network:

No, the was frequencies for hspa+ are not supported by this device, but they may be supported by the modem by switching them from Band IV LTE to Band IV GSM.
