Phone is not rooted.
  1. So i press the spinney thing on the battery doctor widget and it says "3 apps closed prolonged power by 34 minutes", perhaps with different numbers. How can i determine which apps were closed?
  2. It appears that Android may be re-starting the same apps? So is power really being prolonged?
  3. The battery remaining percent displayed on the widget is usually greater then the percent displayed in the app. It seems the app does not update the widget often enough. Is there a way that i can force the app to do the update?

Thank you,

Mick

I advise you to look in to Greenify instead of this app. With Greenify you get around the problem of Android restarting apps.

(sorry don't know the answers to your questions).

if you read alot you will know all these ram-empting apps are useless and they consume more power as android will load all of the apps again once it knows it has free ram ahead so no absolute benefit ... as the guy said use greenify ..it hibernates your apps and that saves power
