I figured I would drop this off here in the s4 forum...
Thanks to CyanogenMod and MohammedAG, after the CyanogenMod team found a hidden code for HeadsUp, MohammedAG as brought us an Xposed module for KK 4.4+ that brings HeadsUp to life
I take no credit for this. I just want to share with my fellow Gs4 users

I love this module, but I have figured out it's responsible for systemui force closing when placing a call, sickness edition v2,
Edit, read thru the closed module thread, and found out, black list phone, and problem solved

So far, working OK on Phoenix ROM with a lot of S5 mods. A little to intrusive at first - just have to work with the blachlist OR whitelist (latest version supports either).
