Did you replace the apns and build.prop?

Could be a a bad download. Should work fine. Build prop will identify you as a Verizon I545 the original build prop identifies you as ATT. So your choice. But I would recommend the build.prop also.
Not including the build.prop has nothing to do with a failed flash though. Something is wrong on your end.

You only need to replace the apns file. At least that's what I did. Try to dl the 4.4.3 zip again. It could be the file didn't dl right or something.
