I've accidently bricked my s4 running 4.4.2 while trying to downgrade it. Are there any working unbrick methods that could help me?

lol. registered 6 years ago but clearly haven't learned anything in that time. It says in big bright red letters what the last 3 digits of the baseband are. NC5 *IS in fact* 4.4.2. That thread covers it. You don't. If you want to hack your cell phone (usually something people can't live without), it's probably a pretty solid idea to read/learn how to do it

Please note that bricking a phone means it is lights, no power, nothing...a brick...and can only be recovered by a jtag.

Just messing up your software and bootlooping is called soft-brick or sponged. Major difference in what can be done.
