I have someone who is having the following issue. They currently have a Samsung Galaxy S4 (Verizon_ 16 GB, SCH-I545, Androind 5.0.1 with OS Build LRX22C.I545VRUG0F1
The phone is registered to receive work emails through an MDM. They have been taking emails from their inbox and filing them into subfolders from their Android.
It is starting to not work consistently for the most part. The question is, short of doing a factory reset/wipe on the device, is it something that can be resolved? I have seen inconsistencies in other forums to the point where most say its time for a new device. Before I tell the user that, I wanted to exhaust all options, if any, are available to try. Any help as always is greatly appreciated.
