it is about 1 year that i have i9505...i never has any problem and it is about 2 months that i have phoenix rom v9.4
but about 1 weeks ago i have really strange problems.
sometimes i go the gallery or contact or answer a phone and etc the screen will be full black and non of the buttons(power , home ....) will work so i should restrat the phone.
sometimes after restart , when i touch any icon , the phoen will restart again.

I can be an app, your rom, your battery that is damaged or some other hardware failure. Hard to tell.

Try a different rom, don't install any apps, change your battery.

You OC or UV the CPU or GPU? If so, try having all your kernel settings on stock. Also can try a different kernel as well.
