Is there any possibility to connect my i9505 to my PC and charge it with 2A at the same time?
Because I connected my docking station to my PC and if the screen of my phone is on, the battery don't really charges (stays approximately at the same level).

You need a custom kernel for that.

Ok, I don't want to trigger the Knox flag, so it seems not possible.

Any possibility to tweak the cable?

as far as i can see there is only one usb on the docking station that you have to use for the usb communication or for usb charging ( max 1000ma)

no way you can charge at 2000 ma connected to the pc

And if I modify the cable to the pc?

It must be possible, because this docking station: http://www.dx.com/p/2-port-usb-2-0-h...3#.U_sHLfjwAuo supports charging and data transmission at the same time.
