[Q] Help! Rom installation aborted status (bad)

Device is I9500

problem when i try to flash rom with CWM recovery it give my error like this

and i tried all answers which i found on google , XDA

Tried to re-download on pc and direct on mobile *same error*
tried to flash with twrp recovery and philz recovery *same error*
tried to put rom on device storage not sd-card *same*

please help me

Error because you try to install an "UPDATE" just go down and select "CHOOSE ZIP".
I did the same "error" some years ago!
