I have a i9500 and a week ago i rooted it. And I used a cpu tuner application to underclock it. But i messed it up. Changed governor settings. And my battery is fried and expanded. Then I uninstalled application. Wiped phone to factory reset. Reinstalled a fresh firmware. Now my phone reboots when it is under load. when rebootes back it shows 0% battery and closes. After couple of minutes passes it opens normally. I can't play games. Didn't i reset everything that application changed? Or problem is caused by my battery? Should i replace battery? Will it help?

I think you should replace your battery. Sounds to me you got a damaged battery.
