Is there any "resurrection" ROM or something similar?

Flashed it without auto-reboot and still half dead :/
When it's a hardware failure how is it handled by Samsung with the knox warranty void flag because custom ROM and so on?

If Linz is located in Austria, then the shop where you bought it from has to repair it. No rooting, custom rom can free them from their obligation. That is regulated by EU-law.
