Changelogs are published on https://lineageos.org, you can also look at the changelog for the official version or at Gerrit. There are some unofficial sites, too: https://www.cmxlog.com/13/ks01lte/, https://www.lineageoslog.com/13.0/ks01lte. Keep in mind though, that this is kyasu's version, not official.
Different device code developed by a different person. This has already been discussed multiple times here and in CM 14.1 unofficial thread, use search. Both versions of CM 13.0 are now outdated and don't have latest security fixes. If you want to have an updated ROM, use CM 14.1 by kyasu. I only provided a build for the few people who still want to use this for some reason. If you don't care about security and it works for you, you can use it.

Instructions
- Make sure that your GT-I9506 has the Lollipop bootloader and modem (The last installed stock ROM must be 5.0.1).
- Flash TWRP recovery via Odin.
- Boot to TWRP recovery (Vol UP + Home + Power).
- Optional: Do nandroid backup
- Wipe data / Factory Reset
- Install the ROM (CM zip).
- Install the Google Apps.
Known Issues
Everything seems to work fine.

Because I am new to this 'Galaxy S 4 i9506 Android Development' category, I don't know who arter97 is, who Furrydaus is, and their works. I was surprised and disappointed at their posts.
I did many open source work and my real name and mail address is credited in the Linux kernel source tree. All of the android ROMs use the Linux kernel. But I will not claim that their ROMs steal my work nor they forgot proper credits. Because I live in a open source community.
The credit of open source community is keeping the copyright of the source code.
The theft of open source community is changing the copyright of the source code.
Using other open source is a base of the development in a open source community.
They claim that my work uses other open sources. As you know, the android ROM consists of many open sources; Linux kernel, AOSP, CAF, ffmpeg, and so on. I cannot understand their claims and I think they live in another open source community in another planet. Of cource I kept the copyright of the open source.

I will start a new CM14 thread when the status becomes beta (i.e. official CM14 nightly starts).
Until then, please do not report bugs, do not ask ETA about CM14 build.
Both rom and device has a lot of bugs.
Most of stuff (wifi, mobie data, sensors, gps, camera, sound, ..) works.
Video recording does not work.
For gapps, please use Banks Gapps 7.x instead of OpenGapps (OpenGapps causes a broken permission dialog).
