Guys, Attention please! be careful! Now we have 4 different versions of Galaxy S5 mini and 3 different constructions inside!

1. Samsung SM-G800F - Exynos, GPU - Mali-400, LTE and NFC, ONE sim-card.
2. Samsung SM-G800Н - Snapdragon, GPU - Adreno 305, no LTE, no NFC. TWO sim-cards
3. Samsung SM-G800Н - Qualcomm msm8226, GPU - adreno 305, no LTE, no NFC, ONE sim-card
4. Samsung SM-G800M - For Sprint.. (now have'nt info)

i think a lot of versions of S5mini it is reason why people who try rewrite system.img.ext4 partition by ODIN had NAND Write failed

I was looking to buy the GS5 Mini but I'm confused.

I was looking at this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MJ8RI8I/...0V8J5TPK&psc=1

I like in the United States and I'm on the T-Mobile network. Which version would I get? The first one, SM-G800F?

Do you also know which SOC these versions have?
And which ones are/will be available unlocked?

As we see GPU Adreno reserve less ram than Mali.
Dont know about differences in speed, but responsiveness of my G800F is realy enough for me.

@CyZeeK: do you know what audio chip is in G800H ?

Where can we purchase the SM-G800R4 version?

This is the only version that works with T-mobile LTE network.
Can't find it anywhere.

Can someone make the differences between the "M" and the "Y" Model a bit clearer?

A search on Samsung's open source page for SM-G800 also gives an overview of the variants:
SM-G800F, SM-G800H, SM-G800M and SM-G800Y are listed.

In addition some postfixes are used: MEA, LA, SER, SWA. I don't know yet what they stand for (MEA=Middle East and Africa?). The differences could either be in software or hardware.
