Ok tried that - in download mode all that is displayed is this message - Downloading now.... Please dont turn off your device

In recovery mode nothing either.

After I rooted I was asked if I wanted to disable Knox - which I did. This was either via the installer for rooting or via SuperSU after booting - sorry I cant remember exactly - If you want me to check something let me know. Cheers

I just checked ChainFire's page & I don't see an AutoRoot for SM-G800A (AT&T US).
Is there away to root that model?

I could also really use a root for SM-G800A (AT&T US). I can't find a SM-G800M. Those are the only two S5 mini models that use all of AT&T LTE & LTE-A bands.
