Default 911 Emergency Confirmation

Hello,
I have a app that calls 911 when i falling down or get a accident. But i get a extra confirmation in the dialer and i need to press the call button because 911 is a emergency number. Does anyone know how i can override this extra confirmation?

Thanks!

Yep...wrong place to post. Why not just create a dialing shortcut. Place it on every screen so no matter where you are on the phone, one click and it dials.
