Default Back cover secure?

Just got my GS5! I am really liking the phone so far, I just have one question for you all.

Every time I reboot the phone I get a message saying check the back cover. Does this mean my cover is not on correctly or does it show this message every time you boot whether it is secure or not?

Also, How can I be for sure that the back cover is secure, other than pressing on it, is there any way to be sure? Does the phone have sensors on the cover that detect whether or not it is on all the way?

I have the ATT version of the S5 by the way.

No mate this a default notification to remember you to verify the back cover.

Other way to verify is to try to see if is a wather resistant I'm jocking

With a single tap the animated notification will be closed. Beside I don't know if this notification can be disabled. Perhaps on rooted devices... i don't know.

Oh ok. I was under the impression that there was some sort of sensor that detects how tight of a fit the cover has. lol. Samsung has all these sensors in their phones so who knows.

Yes, on rooted devices. Deleting or renaming the popui(something like that) apk in system app or priv-app can't remember which, will get rid of it. Also is an xposed module for it.
