Default incoming call issue with S5

i have bought a new s5 and haveno incoming calls unless i turn wifi off, then it works fine
sim card has been replaced, samsung have even replaced handset and exactly same occurs

i have turned off 4g so its only on 3g/2g
the network have turned off all call barring etc settings

if i put my sim in my old S3 it works flawless, if i put my wifes sim in my s5 it also works flawless

network or samsung cant work it out, its been factory reset like 6 times now its driving me mad

thanks Richard

I have exactly the same issue, only had the phone 4 days. Virgin Mobile are telling me it is an issue with Kit Kat and is affecting all networks and also other handsets.
The Samsung helpline suggested getting the handset replaced.
