Just download the firmware image and open it with winrar. The files you want will be in the firmware download.

Then you've put a low priority on internet access and it won't be a surprise to you that your downloads are slow. Unless your choices somehow put the burden on strangers? That latter part could use some explanation.

I haven't put a low priority on my internet. It's what the ISP in my country offers
