Default S5 - Samsung Root and Towelroot overheat

Does anyone have problems such as overheat (as Samsung says for rooted phones - "We do not recommend that you root your device, since it can cause software problems, cause your device to operate improperly (for example, overheat), and as a result void your warranty")

No. If such problems were at all common, you'd see lots of threads about that. And you simply don't. The only problems with overheating are if someone misconfigures a cpu tweaking app or does something like crash their custom recovery and doesn't reboot.

Root gives you more power to do stupid things. But root by itself isn't going to suddenly cause your phone to melt in your pocket.
